Agreement
By accessing or using the Kommt API and website at kommt.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Service Description
Kommt provides a REST API that predicts delivery time windows for German e-commerce shipments based on carrier and postal code. The service aggregates historical delivery data to generate predictions. Predictions are statistical estimates and are not guarantees of actual delivery times.
Account Registration
You must create an account to use the API. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including safeguarding your API keys. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
API Usage
Your use of the API is subject to the rate limits and quotas of your subscription plan. You agree not to:
- Exceed your plan's rate limits or circumvent usage controls
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense API access or response data
- Use the API for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure
Pricing and Payment
Kommt offers multiple subscription plans (Free, Pro, and Scale). Paid plans are billed monthly in EUR. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. If payment fails, we may suspend your access until the outstanding amount is settled. Plan pricing and features are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Intellectual Property
The Kommt API, website, documentation, and all related intellectual property are owned by Perier Sp. z o.o. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the API in accordance with these terms. You retain ownership of any applications you build using the API.
Limitation of Liability
Delivery predictions provided by the API are statistical estimates based on historical data. Kommt does not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction or the actual delivery time of any shipment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kommt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, business interruption, or inaccurate predictions.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kommt in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your API keys are revoked immediately. Your account data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Szczecin, Poland. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
